Rev. Philip A. Harden & Sister Angie Harden are the lead pastors of New Destiny Ministries, formerly Faith Assembly of God, where they have faithfully served for over 20 years. Under their leadership, the church has flourished, navigating both triumphs and challenges with steadfast faith, wisdom, and a heart for service. Pastors Philip & Angie are known for their generosity, grace, and kindness, always leading with a deep commitment to their congregation and community. They have successfully guided the church through some of its most difficult seasons, continually inspiring growth through vision, innovation, and unwavering dedication.
In addition to his pastoral role, Rev. Harden serves as the Men's Director for the Torchbearers ministry, empowering men to live with purpose and integrity. Sister Angie Harden serves as the Women's Director for the Women of Fire ministry, a vibrant ministry dedicated to equipping and empowering women in their faith journey. Together, Pastors Philip and Angie are a dynamic leadership team, committed to transforming lives and building a legacy of hope and faith at New Destiny Ministries.

Pastor Allen and Shirley Spruill have been dedicated associate pastors at New Destiny Ministries for over 2 years, serving with a heart for outreach, prayer, and community. Allen oversees the church's Prayer and Altar Team, guiding believers in powerful intercession and leading others into deeper encounters with God through prayer. His leadership in the prayer ministry is a cornerstone of the church’s spiritual foundation, helping to foster a culture of intercession and support within the congregation. Shirley, with her compassionate heart for service, oversees the church's Helping Hands Clothes Closet Outreach, a vital ministry that provides clothing and support to those in need within the community. Her leadership in this area reflects her deep commitment to meeting practical needs while sharing the love of Christ.

Pastor Keith and Tabitha Williams have served as associate pastors at New Destiny Ministries for over 8 years, bringing passion and dedication to their roles in leadership and ministry. Keith plays a key role in the Men’s Ministry, assisting in building strong, purpose-driven men through discipleship and fellowship. He also leads the New Destiny Foundations class, guiding new members and those seeking to grow deeper in their faith through biblical teaching and discipleship. Tabitha also serves on the New Destiny Worship Team, using her musical talents to help lead the congregation in vibrant worship.
Together, Keith and Tabitha are committed to supporting the vision of the church while investing in the spiritual growth and development of both individuals and families within the congregation.
